1. Our Products
We try to provide you with as much product information as possible to help you with your shopping and we try to keep our website up-to-date at all times.
We cannot guarantee that all pricing information on our website is completely accurate all of the time. Our website contains a large number of items and, despite our best efforts, we may occasionally list an item with an incorrect price. If the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error, we will be entitled to reject your order.
All of our prices are in Pounds Sterling. They include VAT but not delivery charges which are added to your order at the checkout.
2. Your Order
When you place an order, we will acknowledge it by email. However, it will only become legally binding when we have checked our stock availability and confirmed to you that we have your ordered items in stock or we dispatch them to you.
If any item is out of stock we will dispatch the rest of your order to you and contact you using the email address which you gave us when you placed the order to see what you would like us to do about the out of stock items. We will offer you the choice of an alternative item of the same or similar value (e.g. the same product in a different colour), waiting for your item to arrive in stock (unless we are unable to replenish our stocks for any reason) or cancelling that part of your order.
If we don’t receive a response from you within 5 days we will assume that you want us send you the out of stock items later or if we can’t obtain replacement stock to fulfil your order, we will refund you for those out of stock items.
You are responsible for making sure that all items bought through our website meet your specific requirements.
3. Our Secure Payment System
We use the Sagepay payment system for all orders placed through our website. This is a secure system and all card details are encrypted.
4. Delivery
We generally dispatch orders within 2-3 working days but please do allow 28 days for delivery.
We only deliver to addresses in the UK and we do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you request delivery to an address which is different from the billing address, we reserve the right to verify your order by letter to the billing address prior to dispatching your order.

5. Returns and Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of placing your order. To do so, please email us at info@eveactivewear.co.uk stating your order number. If you have received your order you must return it to us immediately in the same condition in which you received them, with labels still attached.

6. Your Personal Information
We store personal information provided by our customers and we may occasionally use it to send details of special offers. However, we will not disclose any of your personal information to any third parties, except to disclose names and addresses to the payment processing and delivery companies we use to process and deliver your order to you.

7. General Use of Our Website
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. We may change them at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must not use our website for any fraudulent activities or to send any information that is illegal, offensive, abusive, defamatory, threatening or to cause annoyance, distress or inconvenience.
8. Liability
We cannot guarantee that the website will be available at all times. Sometimes we may need to suspend access to it so that we can carry out repairs or maintenance work. When we do this, we will do what we can to get it back up and running as quickly as possible but we will not be liable if, our website is unavailable for any length of time.
There are links to third party websites from our website but we are not responsible for the content of them.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if this is caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, if there is a postal strike or if our stock is lost or damaged as a result of fire or flood).
If you find that the items you have bought from us are faulty either on delivery, or during a reasonable period after delivery, you should return them to us. Subject to confirmation of the fault in question, we will replace the items or offer you a refund, depending on which of these you would prefer. Otherwise as soon as we have delivered the items to you, you will be responsible for them. We will only be liable for any loss or damage caused by us where it is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms and conditions.
We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. However, if you do want to take court proceedings, you must do this within the United Kingdom.
