The terms "Eve Activewear", "us" or "we" refer to Snowball Active Limited whose registered office is Trym Lodge, 1 Henbury Road, Westbury on Trym, Bristol BS9 3HQ (registered in England and Wales with company number 5991704, VAT number 900725946) and whose trading address is Eve Activewear, PO Box 2742, Bristol, BS5 5BW ("Eve Activewear"). The term "you" refers to the user of our website.

Every time you use this Website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. No other terms and conditions apply.
We may make changes to these terms and conditions at any time so you should come back to this page regularly to check whether these terms and conditions have been updated.
2. Accuracy of Information and Website Availability
We will try to make sure that the contents of this Website are accurate, complete and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information on this Website.
Continuous availability of the Website is not guaranteed because we might need to suspend or restrict access now and again for repairs or maintenance. When we do this, we will try to get it back up and running as quickly as possible. However, we will not be liable if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable for any length of time.
3. Orders for Products
We will try to keep product details and stock availability information up-to-date but this is not guaranteed. We also do not provide any warranties in relation to the products sold on this Website although this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any order placed through the Website is only an offer made by you to purchase the products in question. This means that there is only a legally binding contract between you and Eve Activewear when stock availability and our acceptance of your order have been confirmed in writing. Any emails that we may send out to you acknowledging receipt of your order do not constitute an acceptance of your order.
4. Your Right to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at info@eveactivewear.co.uk within 14 days of placing your order including your contact details and order number.
If we have already dispatched your items, we will deduct our delivery costs from the refunded payment and you must return the items to us (with any free gifts) in accordance with our returns policy.
5. Prices, Payment and Delivery
If we discover that we have made any mistakes in the prices shown on the Website after you've placed an order for any of the affected items we will contact you by email to reconfirm your order with the correct pricing.
All prices quoted on the Website are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery charges.
We will dispatch the products to you once we have confirmed full payment.
We will generally dispatch orders within five working days but please do allow 28 days for delivery. If we cannot deliver the items to you by then, we'll let you know and refund you unless you would like to have a different item at the same price.

As soon as the products are delivered to you, you are solely responsible for them. We will not be liable if they are damaged or destroyed after delivery.
